SeatLayer Copilot Ask is a controlled-release beta for understanding the chart already open in the Venue Designer. It can answer chart-aware questions without changing the chart.
What Ask can help with
- summarize the open chart’s structure;
- explain capacity, sections, rows, tables, labels, or floors that are present in the authorized chart context;
- identify accessibility or review topics the user should inspect;
- explain relevant Designer concepts and suggest normal manual controls; and
- start a fresh conversation when a long chat is no longer useful.
Ask output is guidance. The canonical chart, current revision, validation results, and publish state come from SeatLayer—not from a model assertion.
What Ask does not do
- modify chart geometry or metadata;
- create a complete chart from a prompt;
- infer authoritative inventory from a photograph or floor plan;
- add height or improve 3D automatically;
- approve, publish, or roll back a revision; or
- authorize its own access, confirmation, or billing state.
Start a new conversation
Use New conversation when the current thread is long, has changed topics, or contains assumptions you no longer want carried forward. Starting fresh clears the conversation transcript used for subsequent answers. It does not delete or change the chart.
Before starting over, copy any useful answer you need to retain. Product and audit records remain governed by their own retention rules; New conversation is not an account-data deletion control.

and the three most important items I should review before publishing.

Public marketing demonstrations are deterministic recorded examples. They make no model call and contain no customer chart data. In the product, Copilot receives only the authorized context needed for the current capability.
SeatLayer records authoritative action, revision, validation, cost, and terminal state from canonical product records. A model cannot create those records merely by saying that work succeeded.
