Everyone on your team signs in with their own email and gets one role for the whole organization. There are four roles.

| Box office | Counter and door only: sell, apply discount presets, find orders, print and email tickets, change seats, check people in. |
Invite someone
Only an admin can manage the team. Other roles can open the page and see who has access.
Open the team page
Go to Settings → Team.
Enter their email and a role
Type the email address, choose the role, and select Invite.
They accept
They get an email with a link. The invitation lasts 7 days. Until they accept, their row reads Invited: awaiting acceptance. You can resend it, copy the link with Copy invite link to share it yourself, or cancel it.
An expired invitation reads Invitation expired: resend to renew. Resending starts a new 7 days.
Change a role or remove someone
Pick a new role from the member’s row; it applies straight away. To take someone off the team, choose Remove from team. An organization always keeps at least one admin, so the last admin cannot be demoted or removed: promote someone else first.

Refunds move money through your gateway, so they stay with admins. See Refunds and cancellations.
The box office role
Give this role to people who work the counter or the door on the night. When they open an event they see only its Box office and Door tabs. They cannot refund, cancel, change counter payment methods or discount presets, or open settings, billing, keys, team or charts. They can only apply the discount presets an admin created, never type their own.
This is enforced by the server, not just hidden in the screen. Every request a box office account makes is checked against a short list of allowed actions, and anything else is refused. A new feature stays closed to this role until it is added to that list on purpose.
