Invite people from Settings → Team. Enter their email, choose a role and select Invite. They get an email invitation.

| Designer | Create and edit floor plans and events, sell at the box office and check people in. No billing or keys, and no refunds. |

| Box office | Counter and door only: sell, apply discount presets, find orders, print and email tickets, change seats, check people in. |
The box office role
Box office staff see only the Box office and Door tabs of an event. They cannot refund, cancel, change counter payment methods or discount presets, or open settings, billing, keys, team or charts.
This is enforced by the server, not just hidden in the screen: any other action a box office account tries is refused.
